Who is responsible for AI-assisted content?

What is strictly prohibited when using AI?
AI must never fabricate quotes, sources, interviews, bylines, author experience, or expert profiles. Automated generation of news stories, opinion pieces, or any editorial content without human review is forbidden.
We also prohibit using AI to create deceptive headlines, misleading summaries, or fake authorship.
